Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
Is sales tax applied to my order?
Please know, your order(s) will be taxed unless valid tax exemption documentation has been received prior to order placement. Please visit your local store or contact us for additional questions or support.
How is my order payment processed?
When you place an order, we contact the issuing bank to confirm the validity of the payment method. Your bank reserves the funds until the transaction processes or the authorization expires, but this isn’t an actual charge. Some banks call authorizations “pending” or “processing” charges. For more information on specific policies regarding authorizations, contact the issuing bank.
How do you calculate your shipping and handling charges?
We’re dedicated to offering the best shipping methods available to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely. Shipping rates will vary, based on the specified delivery method, shipping address and total price of the merchandise in your cart.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from our facility in Arlington, Texas. All products are produced and shipped from this location.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Daquïni is currently operating with our standard shipment processing times, but due to high order volumes and carrier delays, some deliveries may arrive later than expected. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or refund orders or shipping fees after an order has been processed, left our facility, or is in possession of the carrier.
What shipping methods are available? What are the shipping times?
Below is a list of our available shipping methods and the corresponding delivery times. Shipping times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery time is 1-6 business days. Please note that estimated delivery time refers to the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.
Shipping Methods (Standard) USPS First-Class Mail: 2-5 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail Express: Next Day - 2 Business Days (depending on location)
International Shipping: 6 - 17 Business Days
In some instances, we may deliver your package via UPS as well.
When is my order shipped?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend or on holidays.
Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM CT or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. For orders placed over the weekend, we do our best to ensure that they are packaged and out for delivery by Monday, and at the latest, Tuesday (even if it means taking loads of orders to USPS ourselves).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
At checkout you have the option of choosing between Standard Shipping, First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Priority Express Shipping. Shipping fees vary depending on zip code and weight of the item.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Returns & Redi Warranty
What if I recieved damaged or incorrect item(s)?
In the event that you receive defective, incorrect or incomplete merchandise, please contact us right away so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, contact information and photos documenting possible damages (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If your replacement item is backordered or out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as we have the estimated arrival date, or we may work with you to suggest a suitable replacement.
What is the Redi return policy?
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to submit a return request and 30 days to return the item(s) back to us.
